Andrew P Leonard holds a Master in Landscape Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design where he focused on understanding the experiential qualities of the urban environment through novel forms of mapping. Andrew also has a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. While studying at UMass Andrew began working as a Landscape Gardener at Jensen Landscape where his foundation in horticulture was lain over the five seasons he was there.

Alexia Morosco studied biology at the University of Miami in Coral Gables. After Graduation she worked at Fairchild Tropical Gardens assisting the curator of endangered and endemic species caring for a collection of genetically important South Florida plants. This passion for plants and the environment continued for the next 17 years with jobs within the green industry working at various companies in a series of diverse roles as a grower, landscaper, designer, manager, sales person and plant buyer. The last 11 years were spent as the General Manager of Winston Flowers Garden Design department where Alexia oversaw all aspects of this thriving branch of the Winston brand.
